To improve the environmental conditions we would prefer to those characteristics which include products and services that conserve energy and water.

ENERGY:

MATRIX INTECH (Pvt) Ltd is continuously reducing the environmental impact by the use of energy management system. Efficient use of energy is cost effectiveness.

GREEN HOUSE GASES:

The basic aim of MATRIX INTECH (Pvt.) Ltd is to minimize environmental impacts of manufacturing, transportation and recycling or disposal of wastes.

ENERGY:

For better use of Energy Company’s HR department shall communicate the implication of energy management system to all management.

PLASTIC:

MATRIX’s aspiration is to achieve zero plastic waste by taking actions across our business to use less plastic, recycle more.

SUSTAINABLE MATERIALS:

While plastic provides numerous benefits in packaging flexibility, society has been unable to collect and recycle plastic at the same rate.

SOCIAL HIGHLIGHTS

The average wage of a full-time monthly wage for Operators is 19,500. It is above 15% higher than the applicable wage. 25% of the total workforce is female. We exceed compliance requirement from the state laws in most of the areas.

Twice of normal wage is paid to the workers if they work on overtime.

Gratuity is paid at the time of separation of employee and MATRIX.

  1. Short Term Interest Free Loans

MATRIX offers employees an interest free loan scheme equivalent to his/her monthly wage.

 

 

  1. Medical Insurance

Factory has appointed a medical officer that examines the ill workers and issue free of charge medicines. If there is any illness beyond his control then the case is referred to any hospital which is also by company sponsored medical insurance.

  1. Group Life Insurance

Employees are covered with Group Life Insurance that remunerates the successors of the deceased employee an amount of 500,000 on occasion of his death and 10,00,000 if the death occurs due to any accident.

  1. Hard Operations Allowance

Workers that are deputed on hard operations in bag manufacturing are attracted with additional pay of 800 PKR per month.

 

  1. Transportation Allowance

If any employee works in overtime and factory cannot arrange transportation then the fare is paid to the employee.

  1. Rewards

Employees presenting unique ideas that helps organization improving their existing systems, they are rewarded on this.
